My Review

Ah Chase. My favorite of the Elect. He's sensitive when he needs to be and ruthless when it calls for but I fear he's headed for heart break in this book. Some things you just don't recover from.

Whew, this book was a roller coaster ride. I knew it would be, but I'm not sure I was prepared for everything that went down. We pick up where Elite stopped. Nixon and the "gang" are still trying to find out who killed Trace's parents. Trace is dealing with what happened to her at the hands of Phoenix. Chase is nursing his heart break at not being able to have Trace. Or can he? This is definitely a heart pumping action packed thrill. Guns, knives, betrayal...it's got it all and more.

And we meet Mil. Can I just say, I love her. She's spunky and apparently she scares the guys. Gotta love that! I won't give anymore details, you'll meet her soon enough.

And the ending!?!? Poor Chase. Having to deal with that bomb AND a hangover? I feel for him. I can't wait to see how he's gonna handle that one. I have faith that everything will work out fine for him, of course it will be hell getting there.
